The Greek band Suicidal Angels emerged in 2001 with a sound rooted in classic 80s thrash metal, particularly from the Bay Area scene. Led by guitarist and vocalist Nick Melissourgos, the band’s only constant member over the years, their energetic, neck-snapping approach has resulted in a string of critically acclaimed studio albums, with notable releases including Bloodbath (2012), Years of Aggression (2019), and Profane Player (2024). Inspired by bands such as Napalm Death, Celtic Frost, and Slayer, Suicidal Angels was formed in 2001 by guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter Nick Melissourgos.
The band released the demo United by Hate in 2002, followed by the EP Bloodthirsty Humanity in 2004. A four-track single appeared in 2006, paving the way for their first full-length album, Eternal Domination. By then, the band had expanded their fan base across Europe and had begun to attract attention abroad. In 2008, the band signed with major metal label Nuclear Blast and began recording their second album, Sanctify the Darkness (2009), their first release on German metal label NoiseArt. The band toured extensively for the next three years, performing at numerous festivals, including Wacken Open Air, Metalcamp, Sonisphere, and Brutal Assault. During this period, they released their third and fourth albums, Dead Again (2010) and Bloodbath (2012), the latter being their first album to enter the charts.
2014’s Divide and Conquer achieved great success on the German charts, as did 2016’s Division of Blood. Their seventh album, Years of Aggression, was released in 2019 and resonated with audiences in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The band re-signed with Nuclear Blast for their eighth album Profane Prayer, which was released in 2024 and highlighted the band’s technical skills and ferocity.
Band members: Gus – lead guitar, Nick – vocals/guitar, Orfeas – drums, Angelos – bass.

Domination Inc. is an Athenian trash metal band formed in 2011, and they have two albums and three EPs behind them. Here’s what they say about their work:
“Love and passion for music brought us together at the very beginning. In our early years, we played the music we loved, and that’s how we built this family we call Domination Inc. While creativity never stops, the need to express ourselves and convey our message always brings us back to the studio. Each time, with even more passion, we create something unique and valuable. So far, we have left behind three albums that shape our past – and there is much more ahead of us, which will shape our future.”
