Polish death metal giants Decapitated are celebrating their 30th anniversary and are returning to Zagreb’s Močvara, which they sold out two years ago. It will be a great opportunity to listen to timeless genre classics such as “Spheres of Madness”, “Homo Sum”, “Earth Scar” or “Iconoclast”. Mark your calendars for Sunday, June 7th.
Early bird tickets are sold out! The pre-sale price will be 30 euros. At the door, if any are left, they will cost 35 euros. Physical tickets are available at the Dirty Old Shop.
Zadar groove death giants E.N.D. are joining the celebration as special guests, as well as the young domestic death force Cryptify!
Decapitated is one of the most important and influential representatives of the European death metal scene, known for its technical precision, brutality and recognizable groove. They were formed in Krosno in 1996, and as teenagers they quickly caught the attention of the global metal audience with their debut album “Winds of Creation”, which is still considered one of the most impressive debuts in the genre.
Albums like “Nihility”, “The Negation” and “Organic Hallucinosis” further solidified their status on the global scene, while tireless tours across Europe and the USA built a reputation as a brutal live band, just like the last time in Močvara. After the tragic death of drummer Witold “Vitko” Kiełtyka in 2007, the band briefly took a break, but their return in 2009 marked a new chapter in which they further developed their sound. Later albums like “Carnival Is Forever”, “Blood Mantra” and “Anticult” bring a somewhat more modern approach, with more pronounced groove elements.
In their 30-year career, Decapitated have shared stages with greats like Slayer, Meshuggah and Lamb of God, confirming their status as one of the most relevant bands in the genre. It is also worth noting that the band’s key figure, Vogg, played in Vader and Machine Head. The band’s lineup consists of the aforementioned Wacław “Vogg” Kiełtyka – guitar (founder and main songwriter), Eemeli Bodde – vocals, Paweł Pasek – bass and James Stewart – drums.
Secure your tickets in time and see you on June 7th in Močvara!

E.N.D. are one of the oldest living metal bands in this region. They started out as a hardcore project, then added death metal to their influences, only to find their final form in a symbiosis of all of that with a pinch of djent and groove thrash metal.
After thirty years of dedicated work, the band has no intention of stopping. The backbone of the band still consists of the Babin brothers (Alen, guitar; Davor, drums) and Ivan Car on bass.
They just won a performance at Wacken and are bringing us a plethora of old and new hits. Evil Never Dies are a force, and you will see for yourself when they take the stage.

Cryptify is a death metal band from Zagreb, founded in early 2024, with a clear mission to revive and maintain the old school death metal sound through original work inspired by the pioneers of the genre from the 90s.
Their musical expression is based on a blend of different subgenres of metal that each member brings to the band, combining Swedish aggression with Florida melodicism, thus creating a dynamic and authentic expression within the contemporary underground scene.
The band’s lineup consists of Aquila Mikuška (vocals), Karlo Šešljaga (rhythm guitar), Gabriel Juriša (drums) and Andrej Andonov (bass).
The band released their debut EP “Invocation of the Wicked Gods” in June last year, which features four songs: “Invocation of the Wicked Gods”, “Skineater”, “Blazing Chemical Inferno” and “Cathedral of Rot” with production and mastering by Adrijan Vrlazić.
Cryptify is quickly establishing itself as one of the new leaders of the domestic death metal scene, with a focus on raw energy, authenticity and impressive performances.
