NUCOAST CONCERTS AND LIVE NATION

Zagreb, November 6, 2023 – Known throughout the world as one of the greatest and most distinctive heavy metal vocalists of all time, Bruce Dickinson, returns to the Zagreb audience! The unique concert spectacle, which is one of the stops of the upcoming big world tour of The Mandrake Project, will be held on July 13, 2024 in Hala Zagreb. Tickets are on sale from Friday, November 10, in the Eventima system.
The first single from the album to be released is “Afterglow of Ragnarok”, a dramatic and epic song that introduces the world not only to the music of the album, but also to the compelling story that forms the basis of The Mandrake Project. It will be released on December 1st as a collector’s 7-inch vinyl and with an included eight-page comic. The single also features Dickinson’s original solo demo version of “If Eternity Should Fail”, which first appeared on Iron Maiden’s 2015 album The Book Of Souls.
Bruce Dickinson is best known as the singer of the cult British band Iron Maiden, which he joined in 1981. His first solo album, Tattooed Millionaire, was released in May 1990, followed by Balls To Picasso four years later. On the second album, Dickinson began working with guitarist Roy Z for the first time. Before his third solo album “Skunkworks” (1996), he toured in war-torn and occupied Bosnia and Herzegovina. The documentary “Scream For Me Sarajevo” became an award-winning film, and Dickinson was declared an honorary citizen of Sarajevo in 2019. With this album, he creates a completely new world in music and beyond, and it could be a kind of crown of his solo career so far!
“This album has been a very personal journey for me and I’m extremely proud of it. Roy Z and I have been planning, writing and recording it for years and I’m really excited for people to finally hear it. I’m even more excited about the prospect of hitting the road with this amazing band we’ve assembled to bring the album to life. We plan to hold as many concerts as possible in as many places and for as many people as possible! It was important to set the tone of the project with the first song. As befits the title, it’s a heavy song and has a riff that drives it, but there’s also a real melody in the chorus that shows the light and shadow of the rest of the album. And what The Mandrake Project is, will be revealed soon,” said Bruce Dickinson.
The upcoming tour starts on April 18, in the Mexican city of Guadalajara, and is related to his seventh studio album “The Mandrake Project”, which will be released in early 2024 by BMG. On the new album, Dickinson reunites with long-time musical collaborator and producer Roy Z, and it is Dickinson’s first solo album after “Tyranny Of Souls” from 2005. Dickinson with his phenomenal band consisting of guitarist Roy Z, drummer Dave Moreno, bassist Tanya O’Callaghan and keyboard maestro Mistheria to tour throughout Brazil, Mexico and Europe.
