Manifest Crnila (Manifesto of Blackness) prepared another incredibly good evening filled with surprising bands and an even crazier audience and experiences that unfolded before and in Močvara.
TERRA NOX (Zagreb, groove black metal) performed first and presented their version of groove black metal which was intertwined with melodic, death and atmospheric elements but also carefully balancing aggressive riffs and highly energetic vocals. They deal with themes such as darkness, psychology and pure pain of human existence. Their performance was exciting and they proved themselves as a band that is well worth performing more often in Močvara and other venues.
PRAYER POSITION (Boston, blackened punk) provides a unique sound that combines blackened punk, primitive black metal, raw pure punk and power electronics. Punk bands are always well welcomed guests in this area, and the interpretation of punk painted in all black that this band offers is extremely attractive and interesting! The performance was extremely energetic, charged with emotions, anger and explosive energy!
FINAL DOSE (UK, black metal/punk) offer quite a unique combination of black metal atmosphere and punk energy and rhythm that captivates their listeners to the fullest. The band deals with themes such as social problems, mental health, life and similar and bring their unique atmosphere into the pain of human suffering in today’s world. The band was formed 7 years ago and has 2 full- length albums behind them as well as several singles and EPs. The band quickly achieved an enviable career and performed at numerous American and European stages! Their performance was extremely energetic and they managed to achieve incredible feedback from the audience. We enjoyed their performance immensely because they presented a very attractive and interesting blend of energy and rebellion of punk and darkness and the atmosphere of black metal that thrilled and captivated us.
