Zagreb, January 12, 2026. – American rock titans Alter Bridge have released a new album of the same name ahead of a major tour that will bring them to Zagreb at Boćarski dom on January 31, 2026.
Alter Bridge – “Scales Are Falling”
The eighth studio album shows that Alter Bridge are still unwavering, and the latest single “Scales Are Falling” provided another introduction to “Alter Bridge”.
A total of 12 new songs are among some of the band’s best releases to date. “Rue the Day”, “Disregarded” or “What Are You Waiting For” already
mark their catalog, with “Trust in Me” adorned with vocal chemistry in between
Kennedy and Tremonti, “Tested and Able” and “Hang by a Thread” are ready
for big stages, and “Slave to Master” is one of the band’s longest songs.
Louder Sound says the band gives their best on the album. “The whole album
stands proudly on their metal roots and brings the sound of a band that is strong
it feels good in its own skin.” Metal Talk says that “the album proves once again
why the band is fantastic all these years”, while New Noise Magazine writes that
Alter Bridge “with each new album they cement their position as rock
leviathan. The new album is the culmination of their identity and integrity”.
Alter Bridge – “Silent Divide”
The big tour “What Lies Within” follows the release of the new album, and starts on the 15th.
January in Germany. The Zagreb concert will be an opportunity to hear new songs live for the first time at the only performance in the region. For more than two decades, Alter Bridge has been a rock force and has been praised as a fantastic live band. They have released seven albums with a sound ranging from hard rock to various metal genres to post-grunge, and are known for their memorable riffs, infectious vocal melodies and powerful guitar sound. Starting in 2004 with the remnants of the group Creed, they have grown into a band that has cemented its significance with sold-out arenas and hordes of fans. The band is led by one of the best vocalists of his generation, the great Myles Kennedy, and alongside him on guitar, the supergroup consists of three other members of the post-grunge band Creed – legendary guitarist Mark Tremonti, bassist Brian Marshall and drummer Scott Phillips. Since their debut “One Day Remains” which reached the top 5 of the best
albums, the band has remained on the Billboard 200 list six times. Guitarist Magazine named “Blackbird” the best guitar solo of all time, the single “Isolation” topped the Billboard Mainstream
Rock charts, and “Walk The Sky” topped the Top Rock Albums chart. Billboard says that
they are one of the best American hard rock quartets, and they approach the upcoming album “Alter Bridge” with the same energy, with precise riffs and solos.
The performance at Boćarski dom will be an opportunity to hear rock titans Alter Bridge, and they will be joined by the bands Daughtry, one of the best-selling rock artists,
as well as the rock metal band Sevendust, which was nominated for a Grammy for best
metal performance.
