Helsinki’s vampire, The 69 Eyes, is celebrating its 30th birthday this year, but that doesn’t mean it will slow down, on the contrary. The new Finnish Gothic / Rock album is being released by West End on September 13th with Nuclear Blast with guest appearances such as Dani Filth from Cradle Of Filth, Wednesday 13th, or Beastö Blancö’s Calico Cooper.

“The title ‘West End’ refers to a dark image where something dies and something new comes to life, and we need to change accordingly to stay alive. I feel our Earth is at a turning point. The end of the western world is near and the question is only what happens when the west ends (if the “west ends”). The title has a complex meaning to us, but one thing is certain: it has nothing to do with The Pet Shop Boys or London, ”explained singer Jyrki 69.

And the icing on the cake is an 18-stop European tour, the West End Tour 2019. The tour will also have a stop in Budapest on November 12 at BARBA NEGRA.
