One of the most recognizable and memorable figures of the British music scene comes to Zagreb with a concert that spans more than four decades of his career. Marc Almond, best known as the voice of the legendary synth-pop duo Soft Cell, will bring the audience a cross-section of his rich discography – from timeless hits to solo material that solidified his cult status.
His career was marked by the hit “Tainted Love”, a song that defined the beginning of the 80s and remained a lasting reference in pop culture, but also a series of solo albums in which Almond combines pop, cabaret, drama and emotional honesty. His performances are known for their strong atmosphere, expressive interpretation and close communication with the audience.
The concert at Tvornica Kulture brings an evening dedicated to songs that have marked generations, in a space that gives this type of concert additional intimacy and weight.
