Ljubljana, prepare for the night when hell opens its gates. On Friday, April 17, 2026, the Cvetličarna Hall will host one of the most eagerly awaited metal events of the year, when four legends of extreme music will take the stage and together unleash an unstoppable violence that will echo long after the last notes of the concert.
At the forefront of this sonic assault will be Swedish giants Hypocrisy, undoubtedly one of the most important death metal bands of all time. Their explosive combination of brutality, dark melodies and epic atmosphere has marked generations of fans and formed the foundations of the entire genre. From the cold depths of Norway comes Abbath, the iconic face of black metal, known for their dark charisma and indomitable stage presence. When Abbath takes the stage, there is no turning back – only darkness, fire and steel.
Those who crave the rawest and most direct sound will get their dose with Swedish brutalists Vomitory, who will bring a wave of relentless death metal to Ljubljana, the kind that only pioneers can deliver. Adding a special dimension to the atmosphere will be Norwegians Vreid, who with their recognizable black ‘n’ roll sound create epic, cold and powerful soundscapes that suck you in like an ice storm over the fjords.
The doors to the hall will open at 6 pm, and the concert will start at 7 pm. The cult French band Les Négresses Vertes returns to the European tour Zobi Tour 2026 – they are coming to Zagreb too!

The legendary French group Les Négresses Vertes, one of the most recognizable exporters of French music in the world, is returning to the audience as part of the European tour Zobi Tour 2026, and they have announced the Zagreb concert on Saturday, 18.4.2026. at the Boogaloo club.
Les Négresses Vertes were founded in 1987 in Paris, and their beginnings are strongly connected to the punk subculture and street art from which many of their members came. The very name, chosen as a provocation and challenge to the social norms of the time, showed a rebellious spirit and a desire to break boundaries.
Their musical style soon became a recognizable mix of rock, punk, chanson, Latin rhythms, reggae and Roma music. This playful combination, based on strong and energetic performances, earned them a reputation as one of the most innovative bands on the French scene in the late 80s.
Their first album, Mlah (1988), brought them great success thanks to songs that combined humor, political engagement and infectious energy. The albums Famille Nombreuse (1991) and Zig-Zague (1992) followed, which confirmed their status outside of France. The band’s musical expression was always imbued with social commentary, but also with irony and playfulness, which allowed them to connect with a very diverse audience.
After the sudden death of charismatic frontman Heln in 1993, the band’s future was uncertain. However, the members continued to work and gradually began to explore electronics and modern production techniques.
Over the years, the band continued to develop its sound, maintaining an exotic mix of styles while adapting to new musical trends. Their songs have become synonymous with musical courage, openness and joy of life. Today they are considered a cult band that has left a lasting mark on French and European music history with its innovative approach. Their legacy lives on, in new generations that are discovering their unique and uninhibited sound. After a long break, Les Négresses Vertes reunited in 2018. The return was triumphant: a major world tour with as many as 350 concerts followed, ending in December 2024.
After the anniversary tour, Les Négresses Vertes are embarking on new adventures! This year they are returning with the European tour Zobi Tour 2026, which will bring unforgettable hits from their rich discography, with new arrangements and a fresh, powerful stage performance, and you have the opportunity to hear them live in Zagreb on April 18, 2026 at the Boogaloo club. Undisputed masters of murderous riffs, pugnacious grooves and ferocious hooks since 1991, Machine Head are long established as one of the most influential and incendiary bands in the metal world. Exploding into the world’s consciousness with 1994’s seminal Burn My Eyes album, the now legendary Oakland crew brutishly redefined what it meant to be heavy, incorporating a wild array of influences into some of the sharpest and most brutal metal anthems ever written.
Tunisian-French metallers Myrath are making their debut in Croatia as part of their European “Wilderness of Mirrors” tour! The audience will be able to enjoy the fusion of oriental melodies and modern metal on April 19, 2026 in Močvara. Early bird tickets for 29 euros will be available via the Hangtime website from Friday, October 24 at 10 am. The pre-sale price of tickets is 32 euros, while on the day they will cost 35 euros. Physical tickets are also available from October 24 at 10 am at the Dirty Old Shop (Tratinska 34).
Myrath were founded in 2001 in Tunisia and are today considered one of the most interesting names on the contemporary metal scene. Their music, described as “Blazing Desert Metal”, combines harsh metal production with an oriental atmosphere and orchestrations inspired by Arabic, Indian and European traditions. This fusion of cultures and styles has positioned the band at the very top of progressive metal. By the way, “myrath” means heritage, heritage in Arabic. The band members are guitarist and founder Malek Ben Arbia, charismatic vocalist Zaher Zorgati, bassist Anis Jouini, French drummer Morgan Berthet, and the story is rounded out by the band’s long-time collaborator, producer and keyboardist Kevin Codfert.
They attracted the audience and critics with the albums “Desert Call” (2010) and “Tales of the Sands” (2011), which launched them onto the world stage. The latter was created during the Arab Spring, which certainly left a strong mark on its final performance and significantly increased their fan base around the world. Since then, they have regularly performed at major festivals such as Hellfest, ProgPower USA and Wacken Open Air, and are also known for their extremely stage-setting, visually impressive production of their concerts.
Their latest release, “Karma”, released in 2024 via the earMUSIC label, brought a more mature and direct sound and very positive reactions from music critics. The album opened a new chapter for the band, which, after more than two decades of existence, continues to build a bridge between East and West through heavy metal.
A new, as yet untitled album is in preparation, which, according to the band members, should bring additional musical collaborations and new stylistic breakthroughs — among them the announced duet with Elize Ryd from the Swedish band Amaranthe.Myrath have performed all over the world during their career – from Europe and Asia to the Middle East and North America, and it is interesting that they also performed at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar as part of the fan festival in Doha.
The day before, also organized by Hangtime, the band will perform at Belgrade’s Zappa Barca.

In the swamps of Florida, back in 1990 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Monstrosity was formed. The band was started by Lee Harrison (drums), along with George “Corpsegrinder” Fisher (vocals) and Mark Van Erp (bass). A crack in time, in a place where the air is heavier than lead, gave us one of the best vocal performances in death metal and should be framed and put in a museum. Soon after, they became an important part of the genre, especially after their debut album Imperial Doom from 1992. They are in Croatia for the first time and on this occasion they will present their new album “Screams from Beneath the Surface” which will be released soon! Pure gem!

COLD SNAP is a Croatian groove metal band founded in Varaždin in 2003. Their distinctive sound combines different styles of music into a powerful sonic attack that forces all listeners and viewers to start jumping non-stop and shaking their heads vigorously.
To date, the band has played more than 450 concerts across Europe, sharing the stage with artists such as Jinjer, Pro-Pain, Ektomorf and Dead by April and performing at famous festivals such as Wacken Open Air, Metaldays, Exit Festival and Hills of Rock.

Formed in 2023, Černobog transmits the wrath of black/death metal in a pure old school format, wrapped in mythological and occult themes. They released their demo in 2024. Since then, they have been destroying stages, while in parallel behind foggy curtains they are preparing their debut album. Every Černobog concert is a blasphemous ritual that spews invocations and blares frequencies aimed at the manifestation of the return of the gods of the Slavic ancestors!

After a little over four years, Sirenia returns to Močvara to celebrate the band’s quarter-century! The great Norwegians are more than well-known to the Zagreb audience, and fans of a slightly darker symphonic metal will once again come into their own, especially when it comes to such a beautiful occasion. Along with the latest single “Nightside Den” on May 3rd, they will also play a cross-section of their rich career with their greatest hits. Physical tickets will soon be available at the Dirty Old Shop. Sirenia is a Norwegian gothic/symphonic metal band from Stavanger, founded in January 2001. The spiritus movens of the whole story is Morten Veland, guitarist, vocalist, composer and producer, after his departure from the band Tristania. From the very beginning, Sirenia was conceived as an original project with a clear vision of dark, melancholic and atmospheric metal, combining heavy guitars, rich orchestrations, choirs, female vocals and rougher male vocals, with occasional electronic elements. The original name of the project was Masters of Sirenia, inspired by the sirens of Greek mythology, which was clearly reflected in the lyrics and general atmosphere of the music. The debut album At Sixes and Sevens (2002) brought complex and strongly orchestrated gothic metal and is today considered one of the key releases of the genre. The next album An Elixir for Existence (2004) further solidified the band’s status and defined their recognizable dark and emotional expression. Over the years, Sirenia has become known for its frequent changes in female vocalists, among whom Henriette Bordvik, Monika Pedersen and Ailyn have stood out, each bringing a different dynamic and character to the band’s sound. The album Nine Destinies and a Downfall (2007) marked a more melodic and accessible turn, while later works continued to balance between symphonic opulence and more modern metal influences.
In the band’s newer phase, Emmanuelle Zoldan joins the vocals, with whom Sirenia has released several notable albums and further refreshed its sound. Lyrically, the band continuously deals with introspective themes such as existential sadness, inner conflicts, depression and spiritual search. Despite numerous line-up changes, Sirenia has maintained a strong and recognizable identity thanks to Veland’s consistent authorial vision and remains one of the longest-lasting and most influential names in the gothic metal scene, also known for its powerful, emotionally charged concert performances across Europe and the world, and the Croatian audience knows this very well. The day after, the band will perform at Belgrade’s Zappa Barca, also organized by Hangtime.
