Klub Močvara hosted an unforgettable night of extreme metal on 16 June 2026 as Sarcófago, Bezdan, and Buzzsaw delivered a relentless assault of black and thrash metal to an enthusiastic crowd. Organized by Abyssal Booking and Nasty Events in collaboration with Močvara, the event proved to be another triumph for the underground metal scene. From the opening notes until the final encore, the atmosphere inside the venue was electric and filled with raw energy.
Split’s BUZZSAW opened the evening with a savage performance that immediately ignited the audience. Their razor-sharp riffs, uncompromising aggression, and old-school black/thrash spirit showcased why they are one of the most exciting new names on the Croatian scene. The crowd responded with constant headbanging, creating the perfect start to the evening.
BEZDAN continued the assault with a crushing set that combined ferocious thrash metal with dark black metal atmospheres. The band’s tight musicianship and commanding stage presence demonstrated the strength of their material from the acclaimed album “Upon the Altar.” Their performance received an outstanding reaction as fans passionately sang along and rewarded every song with impressive feedback.
The headliners, led by original SARCÓFAGO founder Geraldo “Incubus” Minelli, delivered a spectacular tribute to one of the most influential legacy in extreme metal history. Legendary compositions from the I.N.R.I. era sounded as vicious and uncompromising as ever, transporting the audience back to the golden age of South American underground metal. The band’s authenticity, intensity and dedication to preserving the Sarcófago legacy made for a truly unforgettable performance. The audience matched the band’s energy throughout the entire set, with circle pits, raised fists, and deafening cheers filling every corner of Močvara.
We were especially thrilled by the fiery atmosphere in the venue, which was heated up even further by the endless stream of crowd surfers and it was a real pleasure to experience such chaos on and in front of the stage! The concert stood as a perfect celebration of black and thrash metal, thanks to three outstanding performances and an exceptional crowd whose passion elevated the evening into one of the year’s finest underground events.
