Industrial metal legends Fear Factory are returning to Zagreb after a long 14 years, and a big tour brings them to Boogaloo club on Thursday, September 24, 2026. Fear Factory have officially announced their return to European stages with the Cybernetic Domination Tour, and reinforced by three support acts, they are bringing a marathon metal fest to Boogaloo in early autumn. From Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, Central Europe, and all the way to Great Britain and Ireland, Fear Factory will bring their unmistakable blend of musical precision and guitar riffs to thousands of fans across the continent. For more than three decades, Fear Factory has been considered one of the most influential bands in metal music. As pioneers of industrial metal, the band redefined the genre by seamlessly merging extreme metal with electronic elements, exploring themes of technology, artificial intelligence, and the future of humanity. Their live performances are full of energy, and are known for their musical precision and impressive atmosphere.
What began in 1991 with the debut “Soul of a New Machine” has grown into one of the biggest metal bands, and the successors “Demanufacture”, “Obsolete”, and “Digimortal” have turned them into giants of guitar sound.
“Archetype” returns them to an alternative industrial metal sound, and the albums
“Transgression”, “Mechanize” and “Industrialized” have confirmed their contribution to music, and once again took them on world tours. This was followed by “Genexus”, a conceptual album where they sing about themes of war or climate change, as well as “Aggression Continuum”, which was included in the lists of the best rock metal
albums of the year.
From the very beginning, they have performed with names such as Biohazard, Sepultura,
Cannibal Corpse, Slipknot and Metallica. At the same time, their innovative approach to mixing industrial and death metal genres influenced the next generation of musicians and left a unique mark on the metal music genre. The band’s music has been used in Playstation games, films such as “Mortal Kombat”, “Saw” or “Resident Evil”, and their albums regularly end up on the Billboard charts. Despite all the changes in the band’s lineup over the years, Fear Factory remains synonymous with musicians who have evolved with the genre and irreversibly shaped the industrial metal sound. The evening will be completed by three support acts: Japanese metalcore band Crystal Lake, Polish blackened death metal veterans Hate and melodic gothic alternative band The Nocturnal Affair. They will all join the performance of industrial metal legends Fear Factory, who bring a real sonic explosion live at Zagreb’s Boogaloo.
