The concert was opened by SEVENDUST, a rock band from Atlanta, Georgia, that was established in 1994 by bassist Vinnie Hornsby, drummer Morgan Rose, and guitarist John Connolly. The line-up was completed after lead singer Lajon Witherspoon and guitarist Clint Lowery joined following the band’s first demo. After experimenting with several names, the group ultimately adopted the name Sevendust and released their self-titled debut album in 1997. Over the years, Sevendust have built a successful career, earning three consecutive gold albums certified by the RIAA, receiving a Grammy nomination, and selling millions of records worldwide. To date, the band has released fourteen studio albums. The band warmed up the atmosphere perfectly and prepared us all for the main stars of the evening.

The second band, DAUGHTRY is an American rock band led by vocalist Chris Daughtry, who gained national recognition as a finalist on the fifth season of American Idol. The band released their self-titled debut album in November 2006, and it debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart. The band had the honour of performing just before the arrival of Alter Bridge. The band rocked and thrilled the audience! Their energy was palpable in the air and I think no one could remain indifferent.

ALTER BRIDGE is a rock band originating from Orlando, Florida, formed in 2004 by vocalist and rhythm guitarist Myles Kennedy, lead guitarist Mark Tremonti, bassist Brian Marshall, and drummer Scott Phillips. By 2023, the band had sold more than five million records worldwide. In 2025, Yardbarker writer Jeff Mezydlo recognized Alter Bridge as one of the greatest metal bands to emerge during the 2000s.

American rock titans Alter Bridge returned to Zagreb with the big tour “What Lies Within”. The concert was opened by “Silent Divide”. With this concert, the band proved its undisputed star status and simply delighted the fans. It was extremely interesting to see all generations of people in the audience and there was a great mood throughout the entire concert. It is even currently impossible to single out one highlight of the concert since the band has so many hits, and the high level of accumulated positive energy was constant. Encore included “Blackbird” and “Isolation” and we went home fully satisfied.
